Henry named new Kitsap Conference Center chef

Marsha Henry was recently appointed chef at the Kitsap Conference Center at Bremerton Harborside. In her new position, Henry will oversee the culinary aspect of all meetings and events taking place at the conference center.

She has nearly 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with extensive experience in the kitchens of hotels, resorts, casinos and fine dining restaurants. Most recently, she was the food service director at Canterbury Manor in Bremerton where she oversaw menu development and staff training.

Prior to Canterbury Manor, Henry worked as the executive chef at Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn.

She is from Nevada where she spent 20 years in multiple restaurant management positions ranging.
