The 2010 Blackberry Festival, hosted by the Bremerton Main Stream Association, takes place this weekend from Friday to Monday on the Bremerton boardwalk. The festival includes live entertainment, vendors and blackberry-themed food, such as blackberry wine, “slugs,” scones, sodas, pie and shortcake.

A “Walk Me Home” benefit walk will raise money for foster care and there will also be a chalk art contest, fun run and a fly-in at the Bremerton National Airport.
