Saturday cycling group :

The West Sound Cycle Club will have its social ride Saturday. The group will start at Evergreen Park in Bremerton at 9 a.m. and cycle a 40-mile loop extending to Keyport and Poulsbo. Contact Tim Baker for more information at (360) 340-5944.

Christmas dinner in Bremerton:

The Coffee Club Diner in Bremerton will host Christmas dinner by donation from 1 to 5 p.m. Dec. 25 for those who can’t afford a full traditional Christmas dinner to those who don’t want to cook or may be away from family during the holidays. Donations and volunteers for the dinner are being accepted. Contact the diner at (360) 627-8147 for more information. The diner is located at 417 Park Ave., Bremerton.

Macaroni Kid in Kitsap:

Macaroni Kid, a weekly newsletter and website that highlights kids’ activities, announced earlier this month that a Kitsap edition has arrived. Contact dianek@macaronikid.com for more information.

Red Cross CPR and first aid classes:

The American Red Cross will offer CPR, first aid and babysitting training classes in Bremerton throughout January. All classes will be held at the West Sound Service Center, 811 Pacific Ave. Adult CPR classes are from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Jan. 11 and 25. The cost is $41. A CPR class for the professional rescuer and healthcare provider costs $89 and is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 14. Babysitting training class is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 15. The cost is $38. An adult, infant and child CPR class costs $51 and is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 16. A CPR and first aid review class costs $43 and is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 21. An adult CPR and first aid class costs $60 and is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 22. An adult, infant and child CPR with first aid training class is from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Jan. 23. The cost is $75.
