Firefighters serving up burgers

Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue (CKFR) firefighters will serve burgers, fries and milkshakes as part of a McTakeover 6-8 p.m. Aug. 13 at the Silverdale McDonald’s.

Proceeds will benefit the CKFR Firefighters’ Association and The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Washington. Firefighters also will give fire engine and ambulance tours in the McDonald’s parking lot.
