Stillwaters Environmental Center features an incredible field of photographers this month.

Former National Geographic photographer William Thompson and Pulitzer Prize-winning photojournalist from the Seattle Times Harly Soltes are among the five-photog crew who will be leading a field day for photo enthusiasts Aug. 16. Each photographer will be accompanied by a Stillwaters naturalist on a trek the environmental center grounds.

While the Field Day is already sold out with 50 participants, a few of the photogs will give wisdom at an open Photography Critique Workshop at 9 a.m. Aug. 23 at the Kingston Firehouse off Highway 104 in downtown Kingston.
