CK Reporter readers answer editor’s call to action
Jun 11 2008, 9:39 AM In the first week since the CK Reporter joined its sister paper, the Bremerton Patriot, in the Editor’s Challenge to raise money for the unfinished house of Mike and Courtnee Stevenson, their quintuplets and daughter Lilli, the response has been enthusiastic.

The amount raised just from Reporter readers is at $295, coupled with two week’s worth of donations from Patriot readers, the grand total is $1,035.

With all of the overwhelming support, an account in the name of “Quintuplets Foundation” has been set up at Kitsap Credit Union. Those who wish to contribute to the fund are asked to visit any Kitsap Credit Union location.
