BOTHELL — The Central Kitsap girls soccer team advanced to the state Class 4A quarterfinals with a 2-1 victory on Tuesday against previously undefeated Bothell. CK won after outduelling Bothel 3-2 in a shootout. The Cougars' next opponent is Narrows Bay foes Stadium at 7 p.m. Friday at Silverdale Stadium. The Tigers advanced after a 1-0 win against Monroe that came down to a 7-6 shootout. If CK wins, they'll advance to the state semifinals against the winner of the Richland/Gonzaga Prep game at 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19, at Lakewood Stadium in Tacoma.
