A drunken 21-year-old Port Orchard man accused of inappropriately touching women at a party early Saturday morning was assaulted, resulting in him missing a front tooth.

Kitsap County sheriff's deputies were called to the Eagle's Nest at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds complex Oct. 30 at 12:16 a.m. after the assault was reported.

The organizer of the party, who said he did not know the victim, told deputies the man had allegedly been touching girls at the party. The organizer denied knowing who assaulted the victim.

When interviewed by deputies, the man appeared extremely intoxicated. In addition to missing a front tooth, the man had injuries to his face and head.

He was taken to Harrison Medical Center for treatment.
