Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue’s inventory supply coordinator job could be cut

The fire agency’s Board of Commissioners held a special meeting June 30 to receive input as to whether or not inventory supply coordinator, Larry Miller, should be terminated. The circumstances leading to the meeting could not be disclosed, said Ileana LiMarzi, spokeswoman for Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue. She added that it was not due to any wrongful act on the part of Miller. A solution was proposed at the end of the meeting and there may be another meeting to discuss the issue July 21 should the proposed solution not be accepted, LiMarzi said.
