Man sings outdoors, neighbors call the cops

Several people called 9-1-1 to report that a man was walking around yelling at their Bremerton apartment complex causing a nuisance on July 17. According to the man, he was singing.
Police arrived at the apartment located on the 1900 block of Naval Avenue at about 2:45 p.m. and found a 41-year-old man outside of the complex.
The man said he was visiting his brother who lives at the apartment and was outside “working on his bike singing out loud.”
When the officer told him that there were complaints, the man said he didn’t know he was bothering anyone and that he would go inside and not cause any problems.
A background check on the 41-year-old returned clear and no arrests were made.
