With the start of a construction project stabilizing rock cliffs along State Highway 3 between Bremerton and Gorst, drivers can expect up to 30-minute delays during peak commute hours, according to a statement.

Due to the construction, lanes will be narrowed through the one mile stretch of construction zone. The speed limit in this area will be reduced from the typical 50 mph to 35 mph.
