Kitsap Mall shoppers will be seeing stars and stripes this weekend.

The mall is joining hundreds of shopping centers across the nation to promote patriotism and celebrate Flag Day. The campaign kicked off Memorial Day weekend with a community pledge drive to fly the flag across America on Flag Day, Thursday, June 14.
