CK Food Co-op to help local schools

With the budget deficits of Washington schools on the rise, the new Central Kitsap Food Co-op is working with four school districts to cut the cost of food purchases in the county.

Central Kitsap School District, Bremerton School District, North Kitsap School District and Bainbridge Island School District have joined forces to help provide less expensive food prices to area schools.
