Eagle Home Mortgage Announces New USDA Rural Streamlined Refinance Home Loan

The borrower must be current on their existing USDA loan, having paid their last 12 consecutive payments on time (i.e., no late payments). Employment verification is not required, however, there is certain income and geographic limitations and loans seasoned less than 12 months are ineligible.
