March 12, 2013 · 3:18 PM

The Bremerton Parks and Recreation Funding Task Force will hold a public meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, at the Sheridan Park Community Center, located at 680 Lebo Blvd. in Bremerton.

The Task Force wants public opinions on how to maximize investment of increasingly scarce resources and hear which services (playgrounds, senior activities, trails, natural areas, sports fields, neighborhood parks, etc.) are important to residents and why.

The public is encouraged to attend and invited to provide comments and input. Written comments are welcome. Refreshments, including pizza and soft drinks, will be provided through private donation.  For additional information regarding this public meeting please contact the Bremerton Parks and Recreation Department at 360-473-5305.
