"$11,000 fine offered for Davison killer"

"Investigators continue to turn over stones looking for Ruth Davison's murderer. Unfortunately, the delay between the incident and arrest is not usually good news, said Kitsap County Sheriff Steve Boyer.An $11,000 reward now is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who murdered Davison. Crimestoppers offered $1,000 and an anonymous donor $10,000 in hopes someone will come forward with information.In the meantime, Kitsap sheriff's investigators are at the mercy of the state crime lab, according to Lt. Jim Harris. The Washington State Crime Lab continues to analyze evidence discovered in the home and Davison's Chevrolet Lumina, which was found running at the bottom of an embankment near her home.Police investigating the abandoned car found Davison beaten and strangled to death in her home June 16."
