According to plans submitted, the building would have a stucco venere and a green sheet metal roof. Some of its rooms would have fireplaces and hot tubs, said Kevin Baney, owner of the Bend, Oregon-based Baney Corp.
Its a beautiful area and it seems to be growing, Baney said of Silverdale. The Oxford Suites near Old Town would be one of the companys smaller hotels, but it would feature a new design Baney said.
Wed like to break ground next year, he said.
