Execution of a West Sound Narcotics Enforcement Team (WestNET) warrant Thursday in the 2000 block of Eastview Avenue led to a five-hour standoff between police and a 32-year-old man.

Five people were arrested, two of whom were later released, after police searched the home and found evidence that methamphetamine was being produced there, said Deputy Scott Wilson, Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) spokesman.
