Double homicide suspect fighting extradition

The waiting game continues in the extradition of Bryan Matsen, the primary suspect in the November 2005 shooting death of his wife Evelyn Matsen and stepson Wahren Agonoy.

“He’s trying to fight extradition,” said Deputy Scott Wilson, spokesman for the Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office. “There’s a due process.”
