Jamie Eaton, 24, pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal trespass and was sentenced to 360 days in jail with 360 days suspended for two years. She was ordered to pay $1,518 in fines and fees.

Nathan Leland, 22, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended for one year. He was ordered to pay $683 in fines and fees.

A $300 bench warrant was issued for arrest of Crystal Yarlott, 32, for failure to appear in court on a charge of third-degree driving with license suspended.

Jered Hein, 30, was ordered to serve 10 days in jail for violating court orders involving a prior conviction for third-degree theft.

Lacy Lamont, 20, was ordered to serve five days in jail for violating court orders involving a prior conviction for DUI.

Anthony Kamar, 42, pleaded guilty to DUI and was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 363 days suspended for five years. He was ordered to pay $3,140 in fines and fees.

Ellen Wilcox, 30, who had been granted deferred prosecution on four misdemeanors, including DUI, was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 355 days suspended for five years after the postponed prosecution was revoked. She was also convicted of reckless driving, first-degree criminal trespass and malicious mischief, and ordered to pay $5,814 in fines and fees.

Dec. 13

A $200 bench warrant was issued for arrest of Willie McCoy, 50, for failure to appear in court on a charge of reckless driving.

Kristine Bennett, 49, pleaded guilty to creating a public nuisance and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended for one year. She was ordered to pay $1,268 in fines and fees.

Weston Wells, 20, pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended for two years. He was ordered to pay $375 in fines and fees.

John Murphy, 37, pleaded guilty to two counts of fourth-degree assault and was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 320 days suspended for two years. He was ordered to pay a total of $5,273 in fines and fees.

Dec. 20

Four warrants totaling $600 were issued for arrest of Justin Bell, 26, for failure to appear in court on charges of criminal trespass, obstructing an officer, possession of marijuana and indecent exposure.

Brock Warin, 26, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault and was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 363 days suspended for two years. He was ordered to pay $2,240 in fines and fees.

Nicholas Wells, 19, pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 days suspended for two years. He was ordered to pay $2,030 in fines and fees.

Matthew Bennion, 24, was granted deferred prosecution on a charge of DUI. He was ordered to pay $3,006 in fines and fees.

Jerod Marney, 28, was ordered to serve 100 days in jail for violating court orders involving prior convictions on two counts of fourth-degree assault.
