Bremerton Symphony performs 'Nordic Voices' Saturday

The Bremerton Symphonic Orchestra will perform "Nordic Voices" this Saturday, March 16 at the Bremerton High School Performing Arts Center. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m., with a pre-concert chat at 6:30.
The performance will feature special guest soprano Rebekah Kenote and performances of:
- Mahler "Symphony #4": 1st Movement, Finale;
- Greig "Peer Gynt": Chorus, solo soprano;
- Strauss "Two Last Songs," soprano Rebekah Kenote;
"We let the Norse be heard with Mahler, Strauss and Grieg. Includes Bremerton premiere of choral sections of Peer Gynt."
The Bremerton Youth Orchestra will perform its "Almost Spring Concert" on Sunday, March 17 at 4:00 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center.
The Bremerton Symphonic Orchestra has been performing since 1942.
