Sheriff's request help finding missing East Bremerton man

Kitsap County Sheriff's office has released notice that a 51-year-old Central Kitsap man is missing.

The Sheriff's office reports Thomas Craig Vogt — who reportedly goes by his middle name — has been missing for more than 24 hours. He was last seen Thursday morning at his mother's residence in the 600 block of NE Saturn Lane in East Bremerton.

Vogt's family reported him missing around 5 p.m. Thursday night, according to the Sheriff's office. Vogt lives with his mother and reportedly does not typically leave the house unless accompanied by a family member.

Vogt's family told Sheriffs the missing man suffers from a "challenging medical condition requiring daily medications" which he left at home, along with his cell phone.

A description of the missing man from the Sheriff's office is provided below:

Race: white Height: 5’ 08” Weight: 260 lbs. Build: heavy Eyes: green Hair: gray Tattoos: eagle head on shoulder. Clothing: clothing items worn are unknown, however family believe that Vogt took a backpack that may possibly contain clothing.

Vehicle: 2004 GMC Canyon pick-up truck, tan / gold in color, license: B69964B (WA). Vogt has been entered into the FBI National Crime Information Center as a missing person – endangered. Vehicle information data also has been entered into NCIC. Persons who have information concerning the whereabouts of Vogt are requested to contact sheriff’s detectives at 360-337-7111 or Kitsap County Central Communications (9-1-1 dispatch) at 360-308-5400.
