Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue (CKFR) and Domino's Pizza in Central Kitsap are teaming up this week to raise awareness on fire prevention.

Domino's stores on Randall Way in Silverdale and State Route 303 in East Bremerton will include fire safety tips with every pizza they deliver during National Fire Prevention Week, Oct. 4-11.

Some pizzas will be delivered onboard a CKFR fire engine Thursday, Oct. 9 and if firefighters observe that all the home's smoke alarms are working, the pizza is free.

All pizzas delivered on a CKFR fire engine will include a free sample of Domino's oven baked sandwiches.

If you're interested in having CKFR check your smoke alarms, contact the department at (360) 447-3550.
