Bad attitude not welcome in Kitsap
Wow! So a new retailer doesn’t want the bus service (see story, A1), which has existed at the mall since the mall opened, in front of his new store. What arrogance. And the mall went along with this? Even if the bus stop can be relocated to another area around the mall and service won’t be disrupted, that’s not the point. Who do these people think they are? And the arrogant coward doesn’t even want us to know the name of the store.
Well, we’ll know soon enough, and I hope people who depend on the bus service and don’t approve of the eminent domain mentality will let him know when he moves in and pushes Kitsap Transit out.
I don’t even use the bus, but I’d be willing to picket outside his store to let him know that he is no better than anyone else, and I don’t like his attitude.

Get smart
Seems like Kitsap Mall would be happy to keep a bus station drop off and pick up. But then again maybe they really don’t want to make any money from customers. Sort of like taking out the electric shopping carts that the handicap really enjoyed. I haven’t been in the mall in over two years because of no electric carts. And most of my family doesn’t shop there any longer. Come on, people, get smart.
