Spring sports team return to action after rain cancellations, Spring break

After a week Spring Break, all sports teams at the five area high schools return to action in full swing.Due the raining weather, several baseball and softball game were rained out last week.Most of the teams are in league play, while others are playing non-league opponents.

POULSBO — The Central Kitsap boys pushed past host North Kitsap to capture the boys tile at the Lil’ Norway Invitational on April 4.

• At Klahowya 5, North Mason 9 (12): The Eagles needed extra innings to seal the win. Kendall Kitts drove in the winning run in the bottom of the 125h and also picked up the win. KHS collected 12 hits, but committed three errors. Zieser Jacob led the Eagles with three hits, while Tanner Zuber and Brayden Meyers had two each.
